AI HelpDesk is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides:

- Email integration (Gmail API)
- AI-powered ticket analysis and categorization
- Team collaboration tools
- Analytics and reporting
- SLA monitoring
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must create an account to use the Service
- You can sign up using Google OAuth or email/password
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Account Information
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You must update information to keep it accurate
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information
3.3 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
- Do not share your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any security breaches

4.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
4.3 Refund Policy
- No refunds for partial months
- Cancel anytime (effective at end of billing period)
- Free plan users can upgrade/downgrade anytime
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service issues
4.4 Usage Limits
- Each plan has specific usage limits
- Exceeding limits may result in service restrictions
- Upgrade to higher plan to increase limits
- We will notify you before enforcing restrictions
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service for:
- Managing customer support tickets
- Team collaboration on support issues

5.2 Prohibited Activities

6. Gmail API Integration

- You authorize us to access your Gmail account for helpdesk purposes
- We will only access emails related to support tickets
- You can revoke access at any time in settings

We use Gmail API to:

- Send ticket responses
- Organize support inbox
6.3 Compliance
Our use of Gmail API complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
- We own all rights to the Service, including code, design, and trademarks
- These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service
- You may not use our trademarks without permission
7.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (tickets, messages, etc.)
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
- This license ends when you delete content or close your account
7.3 Feedback
- We welcome feedback and suggestions
- You grant us the right to use feedback without compensation
- We are not obligated to implement suggestions
8. Data and Privacy
8.1 Data Collection

9. Service Availability
9.1 Uptime
- We strive for 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
9.2 Service Modifications
- We may modify or discontinue features with notice
- We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
9.3 No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
- Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you submit to the Service
12. Termination
12.1 By You
- You may cancel your account at any time
- Cancellation is effective at end of billing period
- You can export your data before cancellation
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- Your account is inactive for 12+ months
- Payment fails repeatedly
- Required by law
- We discontinue the Service
12.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to the Service ends immediately
- Data is retained for 30 days (for recovery)
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
- No refunds for remaining subscription period
13. Dispute Resolution

13.2 Governing Law
